What ingredients are in your cookies?

We offer a standard vanilla or chocolate sugar cookie, which contain flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, cornflour, cocoa powder (chocolate cookies) fondant and food colouring.

What ingredients are in your fondant?

The fondant that we use contains sugar, glucose (contains preservative (220) sulphites), water, vegetable fats and oils (emulsifiers (322, 492)), maize starch, vegetable gum (413), natural flavour, colour (171), preservative (202), acidity regulator (260), antioxidant (307b).

Do you offer gluten-free/dairy-free alternatives?

At this stage, Sweet Cookie Kitchen does not offer gluten-free or dairy-free cookie options. Our cookies are made using traditional ingredients in a kitchen where gluten and dairy are present. Our kitchen is NOT nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free or gluten-free. Please be mindful of this when making orders. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our current range.

What size are your cookies?

Our standard round cookies are approximately 75mm in diameter. Most of our cookie designs are based around this size, however some shapes may be slightly smaller or larger depending on the design.

How much do your cookies cost?

Our cookies start at $3.50 for smaller, simpler designs. The average cookie starts at $3.90, with pricing increasing depending on the level of decoration, detail and embellishments required for your custom designs.

How do I contact you to order custom cookies?

To order custom cookies, simply head to our website and submit an enquiry through the ‘Request a Quote’ form. Please include as much detail as possible about your event, including the date, quantity, design ideas, and any inspiration. Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch to discuss your order and provide a quotation.

Do you send a quotation for custom requests?

Yes, we do. Once we receive your enquiry with all the relevant details, we will review your request and send through a personalised quotation.

This allows us to accurately price your custom cookies based on the level of detail, decoration and design requirements before confirming your order.

How far in advance should I order my cookies?

We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. This allows time to confirm all details, provide a quotation, arrange payment and source materials for your custom design.

If your cookies are being shipped, we recommend allowing additional time, especially for orders outside of Melbourne, to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability, however a rush fee may apply.

How long do your cookies last?

All of our cookies are individually packaged and heat-sealed, and will keep in their packaging for 6-8 weeks. They are NOT to be stored in the refrigerator.

How many cookies should I order?

The number of cookies you need will depend on your guest list and how you plan to use them. A good starting point is to consider whether both adults and children will be receiving a cookie, or if they will be used as part of a dessert table or favour setup.

If the cookies are being used as party favours, we recommend ordering one per guest. If they are part of a dessert spread, you may prefer a smaller quantity alongside other sweet treats.

We also recommend ordering a few extra cookies where possible. Extras are always handy for unexpected guests, keepsakes, or to ensure you don’t run short on the day.

Can I design my own cookies?

Of course! That’s when we’re here for. You’re welcome to browse our past designs on the website or social media for inspiration, and share your own ideas, colour themes, or reference images when you enquire.

We will always do our best to bring your vision to life and create something that suits your event perfectly. While we can take inspiration from designs you love, each cookie is custom made and may not be an exact replica of another artist’s or business’s work. This ensures every order in unique and made specifically for you.

Can I put my business logo or other image on a cookie?

Yes, absolutely! Our printed cookies are perfect for showcasing business logos, branded artwork, photos or custom images. We use direct-to-cookie printing to achieve a crisp, detailed finish, making them ideal for corporate events, client gifts, product launches and special promotions.

Where are you located and what are your delivery options?

Sweet Cookie Kitchen is located in Caroline Springs, Melbourne. We offer local pick-up from this location. We also ship Australia-wide, so you can enjoy our cookies no matter where you are. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order size.

If you are having your cookie shipped, please ensure you choose a safe delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, or where it can be safely left if you are not home. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

What delivery/pick up date should I request?

When placing your order, please request the date you would like to RECEIVE your cookies, rather than the date of your event. We recommend selecting a day leading up to the event, to ensure you receive your cookies on time.

For local pick-up, we will arrange a suitable collection time with you closer to your order date. For shipped orders, please allow extra time for delivery, especially for interstate locations, to ensure your cookies arrive safely before the event.

If you are unsure, we’re always happy to help guide you on the best timing when you enquire.

Can I send my cookies as a gift?

Yes, our cookies make a beautiful gift option! You can have your order shipped directly to the recipient, just be sure to provide a safe delivery address where the parcel can be received or left securely if no one is home. (Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.)
